Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Elegant apartment in a foundation building located in a pedestrian area on the main street of Latina a few steps from Piazza del Popolo (main square), an area full of shops, bars, clubs and cinemas. The 90 sqm apartment is very quiet, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms, one with a bathroom and a living area with an open kitchen. Easily accessible from parking lots located about 100 meters away, by taxi (50 meters) and from bus stops. Close to all the historic buildings of rationalist architecture.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
