House holiday rentals in Borgofranco d'Ivrea

We stayed at Casa Matilde for three nights and everything was perfect! A quiet house surrounded by greenery with everything you need to relax out of the chaos of the city. A large garden with pool, grill and lounge chairs, outdoor tables where you can eat. The house inside is spacious and new (newly renovated) with mosquito nets and two balconies. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you need (never found a house so well-stocked). The owner Luca is kind and helpful, he takes care of the house in an impeccable way! We hope to be back soon!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Tiziana's house. The hostess met us very hospitably and was always responsive to our requests. The house is very cozy, every detail strikes, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Comfortable sleeping places, all bathroom amenities, including bathrobe and slippers were in our location. We can safely say that breakfast is included in the price, as in addition to coffee and tea there were many different sweets, yogurt and even a bottle of champagne, which we enjoyed opening on New Year's Eve! They say how you celebrate the New Year, you will spend it. We met this year in a beautiful place!!! Thank you so much Tizania!

Our stay here was just great! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – very cozy and stylish. Everything was clean, tidy and well equipped, so nothing was missing. If I am back in the area, I will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Luciana is a great friendly and communicative woman. She was always quick to respond to our messages or questions. The house was perfect for us: my parents and brother slept in one apartment and my husband, our sons and I in the other. The weather was very nice, so we could sit outside a lot. We had little to no trouble with mosquitoes and there are screens all over the house. In less good weather, the seven of us would have been in one space that would have been somewhat cramped. It is possible, but I would have found that too tight for an entire week. Please be aware of this. Within a 5-minute walk you will find the small supermarket of Edoardo. This incredibly friendly man goes out of her way to help you well. This has worked very well with some words in German and almost no English and a very nice, cozy daily contribution to our holiday feeling. When you walk in the evening from the fence towards the chapel, you have a chance of a beautiful sunset overlooking Lake Orta.

This home was perfect for our family trip to Italy. We were able to easily get in and out of Torino and the surrounding areas. There were many sights to see (that we knew about) and we were given helpful suggestions from our hosts on things we didn't think of. The home is older, but our space was very charming, the property was gorgeous, and everything was in order and very well kept. Our children especially loved the visits from the friendly dogs. We hope to come again during summer so we can check out the pool. Thank you for an amazing visit!

Easy rental experience through all steps . Communications , check-in, flexibility … We had some last minute changes on our Side and they were flexible, friendly and accommodating to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant . I highly recommend Valentina’s and her son’s Alberto house !

We arrived at Roberto's wonderful property, being met by Andrea, who spoke perfect English, to gain easy access. Booking, and subsequent communication with Andrea/Roberto, were straight forward. This was the beginning of a fabulous holiday in the Alps. The property was clean, HUGE, traditional, well located and immaculately presented. Our children revelled in the outdoor spaces. A 15 min drive (car essential) to the supermarket and local shops, were everything Italian could be had. An excellent stay for us. Roberto and Andrea even helped us escape from the area during an incredible storm. Thank you Roberto/Andrea. Steve and Ariel.

We booked Laurenzia's place for one night, which was immediately courteous and helpful. The place is very nice and clean. Perfect for families with small children. Absolutely recommended even just to get to know Laurenzia who is really a lovely person.

Feels like home! Nice to have a shared garden with a family and their dog. You should know that the only restaurant in the village (Infernot) has closed permanently and there are no other cafes, etc. unless you drive a few minutes.

Very nice house, new and well-maintained furnishings with the right furnishing accessories. You feel at home.

Fede’s house felt like our Italian home.we enjoyed the little town that was quit and friendly.the area of Sciolze is the most beautiful that we saw in Piemonte.we had everything we need,the kitchen and the garden were perfect and the bedroom was comfy.all the house is well designed.we enjoyed also restaurants in the town and went to little hikes. If you are searching for a quit calm and beautiful place it’s for you. Also 40min to center of Turin with the Alphes views. Fede was the greatest host. Thanks for all! We will come back for sure!

Bruno's house in the mountains is a perfect retreat. Very quiet and very beautiful. A perfect location for taking a hike and also close to other towns and restaurants. Any requests were responded to immediately. I would gladly return.

Beautiful apartment and really nice hosts, great view from the balcony and quiet neighbourhood, would definitely recommend :) the lake is nice as well and we even went for a little swim :)

Our stay at Antonella’s place was great! She was super friendly and helpful, and everything was as described in the house. Beautiful decoration, kitchen with great amenities and in general a well maintained place. Highly recommend!

Great stay for us. The property is beautiful, well equipped and in a fantastic location with great views. The care and attention to detail taken by Clelia and Marco to make guest stays comfortable exceeded expectations. They are wonderful hosts! We only stayed one night but would happily have stayed more! Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Matteo's accommodation. It is a charming little cottage with character, quiet and with a magnificent view of the mountains. The location is ideal, there are quite a few hikes in the area and it is close to the castle of Fenis, the fort of Bard, 30 minutes from Aosta and so on. There is something for everyone! Matteo is very friendly, responsive by message and does not hesitate to give advice to make the stay go as well as possible. (not to mention the small attentions upon our arrival🥰) If the opportunity arises, we will be happy to return to his home, to visit the other castles in the valley🙃.

We had a great time at Letizia's place. The place was spotless. Our host did everything he could to manage our arrival (despite the bad weather in the area) We look forward to coming back to Letizia on a new trip to Piedmont. See you soon 😊

A little house in the middle of a forest,clean, cozy,with an incredible garden and a breathtaking view...we woke up to the noise of the bells of the calves and the same noise lulled our sleep before going to sleep... it was days of peace with my family,where we shot the nearby places and we also took advantage of the outdoor space of the house to grill, enjoy the silence and sounds of nature on the deck chairs or just play ball...it was a wonderful vacation. We miss that little house and Marta and her dad are two very helpful people, kind and take care of their guests. It was an incredibly positive experience!! And then I've never found such a well-equipped home! Everything was there... and I'm not just talking about pots, dishes, etc., we found, oil, salt, coffee, pepper, balsamic vinegar, quick, body soap, and cleaning products... congratulations on the service and your kindness.

Mianda del Goletto is truly a place of peace, surrounded by greenery, with excellent sun exposure and even a stream. We and the dogs really enjoyed it and it was nice to share with friends the special experience that I had already done a few months ago. Thank you Federica for everything!

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!
