Holiday houses in Borjomi Mineral Water

my partner and i had a wonderful time here 💗💗 we stayed for a little over a week and basically had no real issues! the location was really nice (cafe iggy was really close<3). id recommend bringing warm shoes as the floor is rly cold but the heating worked nicely after first day, it was a bit cold before but we slept with two blankets and it was fine at night :)) the shower is really nice and the house is equipped with everything we needed, one of the most prepared flats we have ever been to, everything was there! 🩷 the host was really nice and even gave us extra bedsheets if we needed to change them, even offered to help change them 🥹💕💕 there are three cats aroumd the building, sometimes they would jump on the windowpane and we always made sure to feed and pat them, please take care of them if you can, even though the building habitants already feed them 💜💜 also, cute dogs!!!! thank you for everything.

Stayed January 2025 with family and it feels like home the moment we step in… The host is super! Giga treated us not just some guest but like family, making sure we got everthing we needed for our stay, helped us in other things as well he was very responsive everytime we have any question. The place exactly as described and in the photos. Spotless, spacious and equipped with everything we could posibly need… Supermarkets, bakery and butcher right next door, its very convenient. Plus if you have kids like us, park and playground is just across the road by the river with stunning views of the mountains… Plenty of free parking in the area… We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose the same when we visit again…

Good pace, but get GPS coordinate, not address, and A/C wasn’t working. Replacement remote didn’t do anything. We stayed t One night, but texts went unanswered, calling is better.

Остались очень довольны проживанием в этом домике. Жилье действительно уютное и чистое - чувствуешь себя как дома. Особенно впечатлило качество отделки: всё выполнено из натурального дерева, работа сделана на совесть. В доме очень комфортный микроклимат - не душно, спится превосходно. Матрасы удобные, постельное белье свежее и чистое. Посуды достаточно, вся чистая и в хорошем состоянии. Вообще всего необходимого в домике хватает с избытком. Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный дворик с качелями - утром так приятно пить кофе с видом на живописную скалу напротив. Очень атмосферное место! Расположение удобное: рядом много магазинов, можно купить свежий хлеб. А близость речки создает спокойную и умиротворяющую обстановку. Определенно рекомендуем это жилье и с удовольствием вернемся сюда снова!

The owner was responsive and helpful. The wooden house was well decorated and had a many amenities that suit your daily needs. The village only has a single shop, for restaurants and other things you have to go to the Borjomi center which is not too far.

Аппартаменты очень хорошо расположены, с видом на реку и гору, на тихой улице. Неподалёку есть несколько хороших ресторанов и в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы центральный парк Боржоми. На кухни есть всё необходимое для приготовления. Заселение прошло легко. Никаких проблем на протяжении нашего проживания не возникало.

Everything was perfect, photo are real for the same place. It was clean from inside and hosts was polite and helpful. The only thing that I don't like was the spiders in each corner of the room, but i think it's common during July in that area.
