La struttura è situata nel centro storico di Gergei ottimo punto di partenza per ogni genere di escursione, siano esse, hiking, mtb, o in moto per esplorare il centro e il sud dell'isola. La casa dispone di parking privato per due auto o diverse moto.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. The cottage is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk to the Sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The town, full of meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, even with guided tours, the traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.
