This little cottage is quirky and charming. It is set in a beautiful garden with plenty of outside space to sit and chill. the host, Sally Ann, is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

Monica is a wonderful host, very welcoming and always ready to help and make the most of our journey. The house is as in the description, well equipped and quiet.

I would say this is one of my favorite places in the UK, truly a hidden gem!! No one would ever regret coming here. Carol and Clive are very helpful and caring. They have a fantastic home in a lovely neighborhood with a huge, beautiful garden. You can spot sheep every day, and they take good care of every plant and even prepare food for the birds. They also leave a bowl of water outside for passing dogs, so sweet! The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The whole village of Lamberhurst is filled with birdsong, and every corner is peaceful and charming. I loved all the restaurants I visited, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely come back and stay longer next time. Thanks a mill for everything :)

Jan’s place is just lovely, set in beautiful countryside and stunning gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Super generous continental breakfast. Comfy huge SK bed. We enjoyed interacting with Badger the dog too. Thanks for a great stay Jan.

Great stay, a little bit out of the city centre but public transport was very easy to use. Spent a few nights here and we were able to navigate our way around london as first timers! Room is as described and host was welcoming!

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

Simply Fantastic Hosting! Best Airbnb I've ever been to. The apartment is of great taste, with everything of the first line: towels, bedding, pillows, utensils. The place is great, close to the market, supermarket, bakery and coastline - very well located. I highly recommended this place. We will stay here again for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ann’s place! She kindly accepted our booking at the very last minute, which we were incredibly grateful for. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home—welcoming us with a lovely glass of wine. Her home was absolutely spotless, offering the perfect mix of comfort and privacy. We truly appreciated how respectful and attentive Ann was throughout our stay—always available if needed, but never intrusive. The setting was incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful and restful night. And the breakfast she prepared for us in the morning? Absolutely divine. Best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! Manuela is so welcoming, helpful and treats you like her own family. The room was large, full of natural light, and Manuela made it very comfortable for my three month long stay.  I would happily stay here again and recommend anybody to book.

This was my third stay here and I had a fantastic time, as always, in this cosy and well kitted-out space with everything you need and then some! The included midnight snack/breakfast spread was amazing and plentiful, and I also appreciated the kind note welcoming me back. It is private with a lovely garden area to sit out and have a meal, plus it's close to a high street, a park, multiple grocery options, and so much more. We recently visited this place, and I must say, everything was just as beautiful as the pictures we saw! They were incredibly accommodating, allowing our dogs and even providing a designated space for them. The venue was clean and tidy, making our stay very pleasant. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Darren, the host, was fantastic—he took the time to explain everything, including directions on how to arrive and access the property, which made the entire experience hassle-free. The location is ideal, with nearby parks perfect for walking the dogs and just a short 7-minute drive to the seaside. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I had such a lovely stay at Richards home. My space was large, 2 rooms. It was upstairs and next to a full bathroom which we shared. I was able to unwind and relax. His garden is stunning. I did the walk behind his home. I also rode my bike to Sodmarsh and was able to walk there. There are 2 pubs within a 10 minute walk. I was able to prepare food and cook and he cleared a shelf in his fridge for me. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be sorry.

Sarah greeted us and gave us the warmest welcome, this was an absolutely perfect countryside escape! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully converted stable, tucked away in the stunning Kent countryside. The setting is peaceful and picturesque – a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space itself was spotlessly clean and styled to perfection, with a lovely blend of charm and comfort. The bed linens were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra special. Every detail had clearly been considered with care. We wouldn’t hesitate to return – a real hidden gem!

Hazel is a gracious and helpful host. We felt very comfortable in her home. She provided lots of breakfast options and helpful transportation advice. The neighborhood is great, close to public transport and with lots of food choices. Not to mention cool Victorian cemeteries to explore. This is a great base camp from which to explore London.
