Very clean accommodation. Very easy to enter the accommodation. Air conditioning, well-insulated windows. I would recommend this place without any issues.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Hosts' hospitality was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

The truth is that the stay was wonderful we were super agusto and the apartment is a monad , it is central and you have a lot of things nearby . A joy .

Great stay, the apartment is great, close to shops and bars. For putting a but on it, it's that you have to go around to find street parking. But otherwise, stay of 10!! Thank you very much for everything

Flexible with our arrival time, a great and clean stay for the night. Went above and beyond, such as providing water bottles which was really helpful with our later arrival time.

Carls Apartment is in the perfect spot to explore Valencia. We worked remotely a couple of days and basically spent the whole day on the terrace! The sunroof is perfect to give you a nice cosy spot to work while having a great view. The apartment was also very clean and it was really easy to communicate with Carl. Can recommend!

The place is great to stay for either short term stay or longterm. It was clean, light and cozy - didn’t want to leave the place 🙂 It has everything you need (even salt, olive oil and some spices)! Polite and friendly hostess who greeted us personally and showed us the apartment and gave us tips. The apartment is equipped with good quality furniture, the beds are also ideal for people with back problems. From the living room and the terrace, a good view of the harbor. Unfortunately, as is often the case in Spain, there were sometimes problems with the odor nuisance (hallway, elevator, small toilet and terrace) from the sewer system, which was beyond Alicia's control. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as smaller supermarkets and two slightly larger ones. Bus and tram around the corner, so that you were fully mobile even without a car. We spent 14 days in this apartment and enjoyed the time.

We were extremely happy with the place. Everything has been thought of and the apartment is very tidy. It is ideally located. The contact with the hostess was also excellent and quick. We say thank you and recommend this outstanding place! 🙏

It is a lovely apartment! Lots of space, comfortable and really nice design. So cozy! Everything you need is there. The area is full of great restaurants and a supermercado around the block. Quiet street but happening area. Only 10-15 min walk to the beach. Two blocks away there is also a bike rental place (Sky bikes) so you can take a bike ride along the beach. Pablo is a great host. Easy to communicate with and super friendly. Very professional and proactive when it comes to instructions. Thank you for a lovely stay in your great place!

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

The stay was great! We liked it very much. The location was very good, close to the center, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The only problem is the hard mattress, but there is always a second sofa with a more comfortable one. Great host and apartment. We'll definitely be back!
