Our house has 4 passenger elevators and 1 freight. The windows are panoramic to the floor. To the center of Kiev 15 minutes by metro, to the metro from the house 2 minutes. The Dnieper coast is on foot. The parking of the house can be used as a bomb shelter. Accommodation - 1-2 adults + children. When the lights go out, there is a generator (elevator, water, heating, internet(you need a power bank , light in the common areas of the house).
