A mini apartment, surrounded by greenery, in a typical Sardinian house for those who love nature, tranquility, but also the convenience of being close to a town with unique characteristics. An apartment consisting of a double bedroom (to which another bed can be added), a bathroom, a private kitchen and its own garden.

Front and sea view 180 degrees. ( I.U.N. code S1140) The apartment is bright, spacious, well-kept, cool. The sea always keeps company in all the rooms from which you will appreciate the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, beautiful sunsets to the west, the Moon on the sea, starry skies. Rich bookshelf, music nook, hammock, sofa, and armchairs for relaxation. There is no elevator, but the stairs are taken comfortably. The water is drinkable, but I added a purifier Wifi available. Pets are welcome.

Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

Il quartiere è ben servito , sono presenti tantissime attività commerciali, tutte raggiungibili a piedi. - a soli 13 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro città - a soli 3 minuti dalla fermata dell' autobus che collega gran parte della città tra cui il centro e zona ospedale

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, one bathroom and living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
