There are near the house beautiful, natural beaches (approx. 250 m). There is in front of the house a large parking. Center of the town is a 20 minute walk where there are cafes, restaurants and other tourist offer.

The price includes private parking, air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fees and local tourist tax.
