Bright Private Room with Ensuite Bath & Balcony

Modern double bedroom on the third floor of the building, spacious and with your OWN BATHROOM with rain shower, tv and your very own balcony. You dont need to share any areas with me because its on another floor. Also you can enter the room without entering my private area. Because i live in a local neighbourhood with a lot of neighbours i can't host guests who are coming to amsterdam to make a big party or smoke weed. With tram nr. 2 you will be able to reach the city centre within 10-15min.

It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

A quiet and luxury apartment in between Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. Only top floor of house, but own entrance. Landlord lives downstairs.Privacy guaranteed. Two bedrooms, kitchenette and private toilet (downstairs!) and bathroom. Airconditioned! No interference with others, use of keylocker. Sorry, no breakfast. Location is near Amsterdam, but not in the city itself! Best way to go to the city is by taxi (use the Uber app), costs around 20 euros. Nearest bus stop is 15 min. walking.

This experience, I will call it an experience because it is more than a floating house, was incredible, I even consider it my top 1 rental on Airbnb, Frans and his wife are incredibly kind making us feel at home, the house has absolutely EVERYTHING we need including a first aid kit, Frans also provided us with 2 bicycles that made it much easier to go to the market and the bus station, we were very well received and we only didn't stay longer because the house had no available dates🥲, but we loved it, and I am looking forward to returning.

Incredible, the accommodation is in a quiet area where it is easy to get from Schiphol by sprinter, in addition the nearby station (Leylaan) has different transport options by trams, sprinter, buses and metro. The apartment is nice, tidy and with all the things you need to stay a few days. Petra was an amazing host, she cleared up many of my questions about transportation prior to my arrival, honestly amazing. I'd stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam.

The traditional canal home was incredibly beautiful situated overlooking the working canal and the green fringe of Vondelpark, the area had a little more laid back locals vibe than that of the tourist centre of the city. The room was very beautiful and considered with all the amenities you need. The bathroom was great and the daily cleaning was mind blowing, it some of the best detailed cleaning I have ever experienced. Johannes we can’t wait to come back thanks for your amazing hospitality

Room nice and bright with large windows on one side (has drapes for night). Wonderful bed, liked the ability to make coffee and keep some snacks in the refrigerator. Super clean! Another plus is the ease of using the Bus and Tram system with stops nearby.

The location was also quiet and peaceful at night, which made for a restful stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
