La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due piccole con letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale). Lenzuola e asciugamani NON sono presenti. Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e deposito sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50 m).

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Apartment on the second floor of the Boscolungo Residence located 800m from the center of Abetone from where the ski slopes depart. Two parking lots are available, a free private one right in front of the property and additional covered parking. It has a large double bedroom and open space area consisting of kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two additional guests. A central place for skiing and hiking on the Emilian Tuscan appenino.

Very comfortable apartment a few meters from the center and the ski lifts. It consists of a double bedroom with bunk bed, living room/kitchen with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Bright and cozy with new furnishings, TV, open fireplace in living room. Duvets are provided for all beds, linen and towels are not provided. Total beds 4 plus sofa bed on request(extra cost €10 per person), uncovered parking space
