An absolutely amazing place to stay! Living room overlooks Galataport and we got to see quite a few large cruise ships. Loved all the resident kitties, one even had three kittens in the courtyard. Air conditioning is a godsend and the fan in the bedroom was perfect. Fair warning, it’s either up or down quite some stairs or a steep hill to get everywhere, but honestly we loved that. A great workout!

Had a fantastic stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location too - T1 tram station, 5 minutes on funicular to Taksim square. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns in der schönen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Check-in persönlich begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt bei Özi war einfach fantastisch! Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation super herzlich und unkompliziert. Vor Ort hat alles perfekt gestimmt: Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – wenn nicht sogar noch besser! Der Ausblick war atemberaubend und jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Özi ist eine unglaublich liebe Gastgeberin, die sich mit viel Herz um alles kümmert. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und wäre am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Absolute Empfehlung – ich komme sehr gern wieder!

This is an excellent 5-star apartment! The host was very helpful, responsive and made our check-in process very clear. The apartment was clean & tidy, and had supplies for washing dishes, washing clothes and shampoo & shower gel. The washing machine & dryer worked perfectly and were very handy during our stay. The apartment has two bedrooms with air conditioning units as well as an ac unit in the living room. They all work extremely well and kept us cool during our stay (June 2025). The view from the living room is spectacular! Most days we ate our breakfast the kitchen counter and just gazed out at the Bosphorus; the view makes this apartment a one-of-a-kind property! You can walk up some stairs (lots of cats) and be in a buzzing district with cafes & restaurants & a big Carrefour grocery store. Most days we walked down the hill to use the tram to get around and then at the end of the day we took the funicular up to Taksim and had a pleasant stroll to the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was excellent — very quick, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and everything was clearly explained. The apartment itself is just perfect — ideally located on a quiet street, yet just around the corner from cafes and shops. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, but we were informed about that in advance — and honestly, the beautiful view is worth every step! You're just a short walk from the ferry dock, which makes it easy to explore different parts of Istanbul by boat. There are also many great sights within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need, whether for a short or long stay. We combined work and vacation — and working with a view of the Bosphorus was pure joy. We would love to come back!

Had a great couple of nights at Urban Quarters, it has a good locations and, being at the top of the apartment block, is above most of the noise and bustle of the town.

Schöner Aufenthalt, der Blick ist bezaubernd. Geht kaum schöner. Ist am 4 Stock und allgemein etwas höher gelegen. Nach langen Spaziergängen in den letzten 10 Minuten etwas schwer zu erreichen. Wohnung war groß, enstprach den Bildern, Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Das einzig kleine negative: Die Terasse ist wunderbar von der Größe und Aussicht aber war leider nicht wirklich 100% nutzbar aufgrund von wenig Ausstatung und etwas Unsauberkeit aufgrund von Tauben und Vögeln. Jedoch wirkt sich das nicht auf die bezaubernde Wohnung aus, man kommt drüber hinweg. Der Vermieter/Vermieterin war super nett, waren immer für Fragen da und sehr hilfsbereit. Am letzten Tag haben Sie uns sogar bis 15:30 Zeit gelassen um auszuchecken weil unser Flug erst so spät war. Im großen und ganzen eine wunderbare Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Galataport, Istanbul Brücke, Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee, Galataturm usw.. Es ist sehr selten das alles gleichzeitig zum Sehen zu bekommen.

Great stay - flat is right on the heart of Istanbul and was exactly as described. View was stunning and definitely the highlight. Apartment was very well equipped and host was extremely responsive.

Der Aufenthalt bei Erkan war ein Erlebnis. Der Empfang war herzlich inkl. vollem Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse mit Sicht auf den Bosporus ist einfach atembraubend. Die Wohnung selber war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und geräumig! Die Lage war perfekt und war Gehdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Erkan hat sich stets um uns gesorgt und war immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung mehr als empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall nochmal diese Wohnung nehmen.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place, the location and the host! She was very friendly and very accommodating to our check in and out times. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Galata tower. Thank you for such a great stay!

Het was een goed appartement met een schitterend uitzicht! De trappen op en neer naar de tram waren een uitdaging. Een hele goede workout! Het is niet geschikt als je moeite met traplopen hebt. Wij zullen deze ruimte zeker aanbevelen. De communicatie met Liker was geweldig goed! Hij reageerde meteen en heeft ons heel goed geholpen.

It’s funny because at first I hesitated paying that much for an apartment, but in hindsight I think Yusuf can charge double for this space. It’s in PLAIN SIGHT of a historical monument, the photos DO NOT do it justice. Yusuf checked in every day to make sure my stay was going well, the apartment has everything you need, otherwise there’s a mini market directly across the road. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate one bit, it’s gorgeous & Yusuf is a top tier host

Two bedroom/two full bath apartment in the middle of the action - 7 min walk to the grand bazaar. The owner's uncle meets you to let you in and is very responsive if you need anything. The area is quite busy and full of traffic, but that is Istanbul. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is a little small but it dose the trick. Not luxury but very comfortable and very clean.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been in many airbnbs and I have to say that Tao is one of the best for sure. His place is in a top notch location inside of Istanbul and his recommendations made our trip so much better.

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

Meine Familie und ich waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Meerausblick war ein Traum und die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Man konnte alles super gut mit dem Auto erreichen und auch mit der Fähre vom Sarıyer Hafen, der in der Nähe von der Wohnung war, war alles super erreichbar. Zafer Bey war ein guter Host und war immer schnell erreichbar. Bei entstandenen Problemen hatte er immer eine Lösung. Unser Check-In und Check-Out verlief super einfach und reibungslos durch die Anleitung von Zafer Bey. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Jeder Cent hat sich gelohnt!!!

we chose this property because we knew the area. Can was great. we needed more plates and other things and it was sent immediately. bedding could possibly do with updating. overall, good all rounders. thank you Can.
