This apartment was perfect. I loved how it was decorated and it was well stocked with everything I could have needed. The neighborhood was perfect, I was out running alone most mornings and felt comfortable. The area by the levee had a lot of runners and walkers in the mornings and evenings.

Friendly host, excellent location. very cozy and clean. Would recommend.

Mr. Kurvis was an AMAZING HOST. He kept in touch the whole time I was there making sure I was ok & didn’t need anything. His home is very welcoming & clean. AND THE BED MY GOSH I slept sooooo good, he has a remote for the fan & lights that helped accommodate to my laziness while I was in bed lol … His place is very peaceful & cozy, Plus he had all of the amenities I would need on my stay there. This was absolutely perfect for my visit home this Memorial Day weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, will definitely book again for my next trip to Shreveport ❤️

Cozy apartment in a convenient location. Elinor was quick to respond to any of my questions and was extremely helpful. Perfect place to stay if you want to be near the LSU Health center.

Clean, beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were nice. The apartment looks just like the photos provided. The water pressure was nice. Micah was accommodating and responsive. The sunroom was inviting and has a nice view. It’s summer so it did get warm. I don’t remember the listing mentioning it, so please note that there are stairs.

Andrew took a last minute reservation for us! It was so helpful for my husband traveling late at night. Great apartment and nice patio area!

This is our “go to” place when visiting family in Shreveport. Everything you could possibly need to feel right at home including a comfortable bed, essentials for cooking, a great powerful shower, and room to relax. Private and quaint, a perfect home away from home. See you next time!

The apartment is so cute. it was wonderfully decorated. Extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. I most certainly will be back. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky. But once I found it I love that the parking is in the back and private.

Al is hands down one of the best hosts we have experienced in the Shreveport area. Immediately reached out when I booked the air bnb to introduce himself and see if I needed anything. He was a lifesaver and allowed us to do a same day last minute rental so we could come down and help a family member in the hospital. Al even offered to help us with anything we needed due to the circumstances. The neighborhood is so quiet and located near everything you need. You will see many families walking around so it is extremely safe. The space is exactly how it was described. Extremely cozy and updated. I even fell asleep on that comfy couch a couple nights because it was so comfortable. Make sure to check out the local coffee shop in the church one block away! Thank you again Al for everything. You were a lifesaver for my family.

I would definitely book this spot again. Everything was clean and cozy. Literally everything you need is down the street from groceries, restaurants and even liquor. Tiffany was an amazing host who went above and beyond to accommodate my family. 10/10

Just stayed here for a night, all the information was accurate and the hosts were kind. Close to a lot and easy to find. Wasn’t up to my expectations for cleanliness but the hosts were very adamant about helping out and insuring I had a good stay which made up for it. Felt like a safe neighborhood as well.

This stay was everything I would’ve wanted for a place to stay for a slightly extended period of time. There is everything you could possibly need to be comfortable in a well kept and nice place.
