Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

The Norwegian Cabin

Venez faire un petit voyage dans l’ambiance norvégienne, et profiter d’un bain nordique en pleine nature La cabane est situé à Piégros la Clastre, au pied des contreforts de la forêt de Saou. Admirez la vue sur la forêt, le château de Piégros, les montagnes et le ciel étoilé la nuit. Plongez vous dans un bain chaud fumant, bercé par le bruit de la forêt : les hiboux, les chevreuils… Le bain nordique n’est pas disponible en été à cause des risques d’incendie.

At the end of a hamlet, Boa Vista is a bright semi-troglodyte shepherd’s cottage: stone, wood, terracotta tiles… and rock right into the bathroom. A green haven with total peace, a sheltered terrace and a wraparound balcony. In summer: private above-ground pool and outdoor shower. Naturally cool in summer, cosy by the wood stove in winter. The "Les Pierres Basses" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field and 50 olive trees. Single level home, with covered terrace.
