Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Our recently and completely renovated house offers 3 apartments (from 1 to 4 people) with a furnished and shared courtyard, whose universe evokes our vineyard and our profession as winegrowers. Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet. Possibility to walk in the forest without taking a car. Various board games are available as well as many books and documents about the area. Bicycles are available free of charge upon prior request. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast at an additional cost, to be specified at the time of booking.

Accommodation with balcony and amazing views of the whole city. The cottage is located in a beautiful garden and has both a balcony and a large terrace. This one is located in the middle of the old city with various restaurants at the end of the street. You will have a very comfortable double bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a TV, a Nespresso machine, storage and work areas, etc. A kitchen is available. Public parking nearby.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Country House

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Gîte de la Nigelle

Behind a gate framed by two huge stone dogs, a charming house appears, crossed by a stream that reveals its former use: the abbey mill. Legend has it that King Clovis, hunting in the surrounding woods, was seized by the beauty of the place and came to rest there.
