The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Accommodation comprising a dining room open to the kitchen, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed on the ground floor, 1 bedroom upstairs with 140 cm sofa bed, one bedroom with 120 cm bed. 90 cm futon bed available. You will also have a private parking and a small green space . Close to the axis of the Rhône Valley with shops, leisure activities. If you want to visit more, we are about 45 minutes from Lyon, the Massif Central, the Drome des Collines and Valence
