This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Nice independent studio of 18 m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair users), there is a sofa bed with a very good quality mattress. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT is a small peaceful village near Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d'Illes, and beautiful hiking places. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountains. Bed and bath linens are provided.

Located near a charming, very sunny little village, on the road to Andorra, this air-conditioned cottage offers direct access to many hiking trails, while being 1 hour from the high mountains and 1 hour from the sea. For a few days or just one night, the farm welcomes you. Lake Vinça is very close. We point out that the access is an unpaved road (800 m) with a ford to cross (the ford is currently dry).
