The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The Discovery Suite, located on the first floor of The Apple Barn, features an open-plan design that combines a kitchen, dining and lounge area with sofa-bed. It includes a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds if required. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. A fully stocked kitchen including an oven, induction hob, microwave, and a compact fridge. Underfloor heating throughout the suite. Triple-glazed windows in the bedroom for enhanced tranquillity.

The Stables

The Stables at Partridge Lodge is our boutique couples bolthole, known as our writers retreat, its tucked away with gorgeous views across farmers crops with lovely walks out onto footpaths. Its an open plan single level barn handsomely restored. Its beautiful modern kitchen and toastie warm when needed with a spacious shower room. It can also can come with an occassional bed or cot and high chair if being used by a young family, we have books and toys all available upon request.

Tide House is in the heart of Woodbridge, a beautiful and vibrant market town, on the River Deben. The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.
