Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Boulogne-Billancourt

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Friendly and responsive host, as described. We had a good time visiting for Roland Garros and location is great. Easy transport access. And for those that like to walk to city centre doesn’t even take more than an hour.

The room also has a rooftop with a view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. There are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and bars downstairs, which is very convenient.The landlord is super nice. Perfect stay here and would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place. The view is exactly like the pictures and beautiful to wake up to! You can see the tower from the bed which is amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. It was also clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. There is also a grocery store nearby which makes it easy to stock up on items. Would stay here again!

The best experience I've had on an Airbnb so far, Amandine and Sebastiane are super friendly and excellent hosts, upon arrival we were expecting a lot of surprises, from nespreso capsules, turrones, juices and even pudding for our baby. We had everything we needed for cooking. They also left us soap so we could do the laundry, which is so necessary on a trip. I could continue to list positive things in this apartment but there are other guests who already describe more things to perfection. If we ever get back to Paris without a doubt it will be our first choice. Thank you for everything!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in a modern area like La Defense. It is spacious and clean, and has all the necessary appliances. Totally recommended.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.
