Holiday rentals with a patio in Bountiful

Really nice little apartment, perfect for our business trip. Host was super responsive, location was great, neighborhood felt peaceful and safe, would stay again next time!

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and as described. It was a quiet area but also very close to downtown and a lot of amenities. Loved the coffee shop downstairs. We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartment building, but overall not a big issue. We had some trouble finding close parking on the street so it may be worth it to pay for the pass to park in the gated area.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Great, quiet apartment to rest during a road trip. Easy to access with private parking and entrance. Glad to have had this space during my travels.

처음에 방배정이 잘못되서 살짝 헤맸는데, 바로 확인해서 알려주셨습니다. 꼭대기층 클럽하우스/운동시설은 묵는 기간 동안 꼭 써보거나 가보시는 걸 추천합니다. 모기장이 없어서 놀랬으나, 유타에는 벌레가 잘 없다고 해서 바로 베란다 오픈할수있는건 너무 좋았습니다. 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 뷰가 아주 좋습니다. 다운타운 시내에 공사가 많이 진행중입니다. 주차는 따로 사용하지 않았지만 나쁘지 않아요. 저는 있는 동안 너무 좋았어요! 완전 추천하고 또 salt lake city를 방문한다면 여길 묵을것같아요

Honestly, when we walked into this apartment our expectations were immediately exceeded! The amenities provided (cold bottled water, fruit, etc.) were above what we could have thought, and the place was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a night’s stay was there, and the couch and bed were soft and perfect for a couple’s night away!

Very detailed instructions to get in. Clean and comfortable. Older home with lots of charming original details. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a cute little green house in a great location and convenient for getting around. I would recommend it for a stay in SLC.

Place was absolutely amazing! Super cozy and beautiful on the inside, with a fully fenced yard for my dog to run which was amazing. Jadah was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Absolutely would stay here again

We were here for a quick stay passing through SLC. The home is very comfortable and we had a pleasant experience!

Wonderful! The home was clean and so close to the Lagoon Amusement park for our family vacation. Our stay was for 6 adults and this home worked perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 2 clean bathrooms. I was excited there was a Keurig coffee machine in the uncluttered kitchen and dining area. Thank you Michael for the coffee supplies! This home has easy freeway access and a simple 5 minute drive to several different restaurants and fun stores. We recommend Penny Anne's Cafe, we found it by accident and it was a wonderful place for breakfast. Everyone has different preferences for mattresses so if you like extra support or a firm matress you may want to bring a foam topper for a little extra comfort. Michael was gracious enough to offer up great options for local hikes and worked with us for an early check-in. We really appreciated the flexibility, especially after a 5 hour road trip. The hottub was very relaxing and clean too. The washer and dryer came in handy! We had a great stay!

this place was exactly what we needed. step outside into the amazing sauna or take a nap on a great bed. would recommend to anyone and will stay again when back in SLC.

We loved our stay and would book again. We didn't come to ski and despite the location being up in the heights, we felt the drive time to many restaurants and shopping was totally doable and appreciated the peaceful, quiet retreat at the end of the day. The hot tub was a huge treat and we enjoyed watching a movie on the large projector screen. The host was very communicative and had left thoughtful instructions including easy-to-read labels throughout the place so we never struggled to figure anything out. Extra bedding, linens, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and even a little welcome basket were so appreciated. I wish more short term rental places were like this! Seriously, the host should write an e-book on putting together the ideal Airbnb for guests.

This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

We found the condominium that we stayed at in Eden, Utah to be exactly as it was described. It was very clean very well organized had everything there that we needed and it was an enjoyable stay. What it made it even more enjoyable was that Thad was so good about communicating and about leaving instructions and everything that he helped us with in the process was very useful. We would definitely stay again if this location.

The location is great and close to many local outdoor adventures. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The space was clean and comfy. The decor is super cute and cozy. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and kitchen supplies. The washer and dryer is a plus and it was very quiet.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.
