Holiday rentals with a patio in Utah

Everything was very clean. The amenities were great. I like the flexible self check in option and directions were easy to follow. Host was very responsive for early/late check ins/out

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

Michelle's place is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family stay. We stayed for one night on our way to Yellowstone. Everything was super clean, neat, and so inviting. I loved how everything was clearly labeled. It made my mind at ease. So extremely helpful when traveling with kids. The host is super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed it there! Thanks a lot!

We had a great 2-night stay! The location is perfect—just minutes from Zion, which made it super convenient to get an early start at the park. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was amazing—very responsive and always happy to offer helpful suggestions for hikes, food, and nearby spots to check out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Zion!

Loved staying at this AirBnB. The place was beautiful and offered a great launching point for hiking in the area. Cassey was communicative and lovely to work with. Everything was great!

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Comfy place to stay for our duration, it is on a busy street area so there is road traffic noise. Turn the bedroom A/C on and it’ll cxl it out for sleeping.

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and very inviting. It had everything I expected and felt like a home away from home. The space was well kept and clearly cared for, which made settling in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway at Bear Lake. Short distance to Garden City and beaches. House was great for our needs (family of 4). There is a ton of construction happening in the area so be prepared for some construction noise but other than that, very peaceful and secluded location.

Clean and comfy! All the amenities you need plus I love how kitchen items were labeled for quicker easier find! The fun decor was a lovely plus! Close to all the SLC stuff we wanted to see!

We found the condominium that we stayed at in Eden, Utah to be exactly as it was described. It was very clean very well organized had everything there that we needed and it was an enjoyable stay. What it made it even more enjoyable was that Thad was so good about communicating and about leaving instructions and everything that he helped us with in the process was very useful. We would definitely stay again if this location.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Hicks was an amazing host. There were so many little things around the place that you could tell they go the extra mile for their guests! 10/10 would stay with them again!
