Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

The ground floor consists of an open kitchen overlooking the room and the living room equipped with a giant screen. - 1 bathroom with 1 large shower and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. - A landing room that overlooks a connecting bedroom with the third bedroom. The property is fenced. A private indoor heated pool is available from April to the end of October inclusive.

For more comfort, our lodge has 200x200 bedding, a relaxation area with mini bar (coffee and tea available) as well as a shower room. Our Gîte is located next to the forest, 20 minutes from the pretty city of Rouen, 30 minutes from Neubourg, Bec Hellouin and Lake Poses (equipped for swimming and water games), 50 minutes from Honfleur, Deauville, Monet's garden in Giverny and 1 hour from Paris. Well located for visiting both the landing beaches and the Normandy beaches. On the leisure side, you have two bikes, a petanque court and foosball. Baby equipment available upon request.

Electricity consumption will be recorded and a supplement will be requested in case of excess (beyond €10 per day) our four-legged friends are welcome under your supervision! another gîte shares the garden.
