Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Nature Break. Quiet Cosmos House + Parking

Nature lovers will find their happiness in the 45 m2 COSMOS house on the edge of the forest. You will enjoy the calm and greenery 14 km north/east of Toulouse. The village is conveniently located between Labège Innopole and Blagnac. Walk in the woods next door. For your cultural outings you are 20 minutes from the Cité de l'Espace and Aeroscopia. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Private access via the terrace. Independent access to the bedroom is from the terrace. Breakfast is not included but a coffee maker with coffee and tea is at your disposal in the room.

Village house, in the heart of the village. In a peaceful setting while enjoying all the facilities, shops, restaurants etc. On the edge of the esplanade and the wooded village square. The house is fully air conditioned and consists on the ground floor of a large living space with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. A laundry room with separate toilet and shower room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds.

Make a stopover on your way, stay for a nearby event or visit the surrounding area, and relax in our self-catering room with views of the surrounding countryside. The room is part of our primary residence but the access is independent (in the basement, garage side - our entrance is on the other side of the house).
