The courtyard garden, features a benched seating area on the lower level. The upper paved level has a dining table, large sun parasol, and BBQ.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Our house is set in the stunning region of Creuse in a little hamlet of La Regeasse. In our local town of Bourganeuf just a short 1km away you will find coffee shops, supermarkets, a hospital, bakery, pharmacy, church, golf course, tennis courts, water museum and a cinema.

The cottage consists of an apartment with direct access to nature, located on the first floor of an old farmhouse housing a bistro restaurant, Le Bois Tordu, recommended by the Routard guide and the Guide Vert.
