Le studio se trouve à l’étage de notre maison, avec entrée indépendante (escalier extérieur neuf avec marches anti glisse). Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la cour ou le parking à proximité s'il n'y a plus de place dans la cour. Notre maison est proche des commerces, d’un arrêt de bus, de l’autoroute A71 de Bourges (10-15 minutes) et de la gare de St Florent sur Cher.
