In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

On the heights of the village of La Rochette and in a very quiet residential area with an overlooking view of the castle of La Rochette and the magnificent ⛰️ Belledonne mountain range, the "Lizelet studio" is on the ground floor of a detached house. Located in the heart of the valley, it is a perfect base for hiking, skiing or cycling. The spa town of Allevard-les-Bains is 9 km away and the first ski resort (Collet d'Allevard) is 20 km away (30 minutes).

L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. You will be 45 minutes from the first ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5min away.
