Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is conveniently located near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, between lakes and mountains. 30 min drive to the "Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts, two small ski resorts for family skiing. Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. Birds of prey and other birds as well as large animals (deer, hinds) can be frequently observed depending on the season.
