The cottage is on the edge of the forest. Deer rutting season from September to October. BBQ grill, plancha, pétanque, badminton and table tennis are available. Board games for adults and children. Charming, 65-m² (700-sq-ft) old house, comfortably furnished, on the ground floor, in a traditional village in the heart of the Gatinais Nature Park. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs, loungers and small barbecue as well as parking in the courtyard closed to the outside. The owner lives in the adjoining house. A nice hiking path is in direct proximity to the house. Milly-la-Forêt, Forêt des Trois Pignons, Barbizon and Fontainebleau nearby.

This beautiful family and rural home located in a hamlet will bring you calm and relaxation, and this is very close to Paris (45 km) and Versailles (60 km). To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.
