We had a great time in Canmore. Kivaan's unit is a ground Level and very quiet. Access to Jacuzzi and Pool very easy and we enjoyed these amenities very much. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Big plus is proximity to very nice trails at the foot of the mountains. Don't forget your bear spray, though- we encountered a furry friend right on the parking lot :-)

The receptionist allowed me to upgrade to a larger unit for only $100/night. The location was great, quiet and peaceful. The restaurant at Lake Louise Inn served great burgers and the staff was very attentive. Everything In Banff NP is a bit higher priced than outside so I rate the value of the property five stars. IT was a brand new unit and everything was very modern. If you're hiker don't miss the Johnston Canyon hike, however be warned the upper falls is 2.5 miles in and the Ink Pots are another 2.5 mile up. We didn't se the Ik Pots. It was great hike to the upper falls. I'd do it again.

Great, the shuttle system to get to the city center is very efficient and essential because the accommodation is far on foot. The hotel is very quiet and clean, there were often deer on the grounds in front.
