The home boasts a 4 person hot tub, outdoor patio with a firepit, plenty of off street parking, free wifi, two TV's, large yard space, a full kitchen and only a mile from the Marina. There are several kayaks available to use for free.

Enjoy the quiet simple life of the country on a working farm. This spacious pre-1900’s farmhouse is quaint, quiet and wholesome. Come as a family and friends looking to regenerate and escape the fast pace of life and disconnect from technology. There is no WiFi, there is cell service for calls/texts. A TV/DVD player, no TV service. No need, nature and the peace of the farm will fill your bucket. The farm has a pond with fishing and trails for hiking with an abundance of fresh air and nature.

Studio Loft at Boogaba

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

The BQ is nestled in downtown Minerva, two doors down from Sandy Springs Brewing Co. Come stay in luxury in our historic 1800's 2nd floor studio. Equipped with high end custom finishes top to bottom. Original brick walls surround you with exposed beams, warm finishes, a copper kitchen sink, and a digital rain shower with body jets. Furnished with a king size bed, oversized leather chesterfield chair and a couch with a full size memory foam sleeper bed. You won't want to leave!

Historic District 1st floor, One bedroom apartment

Stay close to everything in a historic 1889 second empire Victorian home with 12’ ceilings. The apartment is located on the left side of the first floor with a private entrance and lock code that changes for each guest. There is a back patio with seating to relax on listening to a seasonal fountain. Centre Market shops & restaurants are at the end of the block. Near Heritage Walking trail that’s along the Ohio river. Breakfast items and snacks usually stocked for your use.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.
