Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Great to have a view of Coniston Lake. Cottage was extremely comfortable and homely & had everything needed for our stay. Martin’s instructions to find and access the cottage were very comprehensive which really helped. Martin also provided lots of information on places to eat and visit and responded well to any issues. Coniston is an ideal location to access the Lakes and would recommend the area and Martin’s cottage to others. Would love to return one day.

Just loved this cottage, its in a great location, no need to go out in your car as there is plently to do nearby. The cottage is very clean and nicely done out. It is well equipped, with a nice little hamper box on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Five stars from us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Studio - a tastefully and thoughtfully designed, light and bright space. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked (local produce) most evenings. The surroundings were beautiful - a delightful garden full of birdsong! We are keen walkers and were able to do two of our all day circular walks on Coniston and up to Tarn Hows from our front door. We had a lovely holiday - would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nice apartment everything we needed was provided and was kept to a high standard. The only let down was parking as we were the only place without a place provided. All in all a great experience.
