Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Boyd County

Kim was very helpful with any questions. she had good recommendations for places to eat. it was easy to get ahold of her, and even when someone forgot something and had to come back after checkout, she was very accommodating.

Home is updated, and very clean. It’s perfect for a couple, and friendly to the dogs. We are repeat customers, and very happy with the place.

The apartment was nice. We had everything we needed. It was clean, well-maintained, well stocked, and aesthetically pleasing. For a studio apartment it felt very spacious and comfortable, not tiny or smooshed at all. The bathroom had a full-size washer and dryer, which was nice and the shower was spacious and spa like. Older middle class neighborhood, but it felt safe and we had zero issues with neighbors and there was an off street parking pad for our car and had no issues with that either. Overall great stay , would book with Kim again!

Had a death in the family and needed a place to host our family. I was able to find this cabin and booked in a few days in advance. Joe was very polite, responsive and helpful. Everyone in the family were happy to be together for a tough time and all enjoyed their stay. Recommended.

My family & I absolutely love this home & enjoyed our stay so much. It is easy to tell the house has been well taken care of. The location is great- close to restaurants, the local theme park, our favorite ice cream place in the area (Austin’s!) & our favorite pizza place (Evaroni’s). Anthony is so helpful & responsive & made the process effortless for us. This place truly felt like our home away from home. We cannot wait to stay again. Cannot recommend this home & host enough!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

Thouse house was in excellent condition, beautiful, very clean and organized. It was located in a serene area overlooking the water. Everything was labeled and easy to follow in the house. Brennan was extremely helpful, courteous and easy going. He asked if we wanted anything special or certain snacks before we came into town, and even though we said we didn't need anything, he still left a variety of snacks for us. Which was very thoughtful. And he provided everything that would be helpful for a great stay and things that are not normally offered. It was the perfect location for visiting family. If you have an opportunity to stay here, I would highly recommend this house. We look forward to visiting and staying here again in the future.

This was a great spot for us to land in the middle of lots of driving. There are plenty of amenities close by, and it was nice and quiet for being so conveniently close to the interstate!

We enjoyed staying at David and Leigh’s place in Ashland. It was perfect location for us to walk to the Paramont Theatre for a concert. The space was bigger than expected and had everything needed for comfortable stay. Especially loved all the cute decor and the fireplace in living room. Good communication before we got there made check in easy. Would definitely recommend!!!

I am so happy that we chose to stay here!! The apartment was cutely decorated, clean & very cozy!!! The king size bed was very comfortable which was a huge plus! It also had a lot of comfy pillows and blankets! Juan & Carlos were very friendly, helpful & respectful. All around they were excellent host! We had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment & if we are ever back in town we will definitely try to book here!!!

My family enjoyed our stay here. There was a minor hiccup at check in, the host resolved it instantly. She was super nice and professional. It was very clean lots of little nice touches inside. Will definitely stay again.

Unique home and very close to civic center. I walked and it was about 7 mins. Neighbors are quiet and parking was available up front. House is secure and felt like home where I could relax. Noticed that it was patrolled by police often in front and side streets. I loved the crisp sheets in the bed. My husband was able to work using the Wi-Fi and had a separate space for privacy in kitchen. I was so happy to find a wall charger for my phone, otherwise I would have been completely without. The porch is very nice reminds me of somewhere posh down south. This home caters to all walks of life. Single or small family. There was a little closet play area I could see small children being happy to find. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

What a great historical home! Such character! The hosts provided toys for kids and pets. The host was very responsive when I had questions.

I've stayed at another one of Nikki & Andrew's places before and it was great. This one did not disappoint! The decor was adorable too!
