Very nice fully renovated studio on the second floor of a townhouse. Located 200 m from the Wellington quarries, on University Street, close to shops, the train station and the city center. Bright and sunny duplex, with garden views, in a quiet area. Downstairs: the living room opens onto the well-equipped kitchenette and the very functional bathroom.
