A quiet surround in Bra

We're very close to the center of Bra (10 minutes walking calmly) in a green and quite area, very easy for parking and at 7-8 minutes walking from the train station. In any season it's a lovely place for working or resting. The apartment has an independent entrance even if it is a part of my house. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a cooking corner. There is a communication door between this area and the one where I live, but it remains closed, to protect the privacy.

Linen/towels, disposable soaps, including a small breakfast, a sweet treat that I reserve for all my guests to make them feel at home.

Air conditioner for both cooling and heating. Breakfast with packaged products. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, fridge, electric oven and microwave. Dishes are included. The maximum number of beds is 5 and they are all in the same room.
