The rental is located in the heart of Sologne in a 40 m² house, refurbished and fully equipped. Located on a wooded and enclosed plot of 1500 m2, this will ensure you peace and quiet. Located in the middle of the Loire castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Chenonceau...), next to the Loire by bike, and 3/4 of an hour from the Beauval Zoo and Center Parcs. The rental also includes a secure 18 m2 chalet that can accommodate motorcycles and bicycles as well as a 15 m2 covered terrace.

38 m2 house dating from 1915, renovated, ideally located to visit the Château de Chambord, Villesavin or Cherverny, all accessible by bike through our beautiful Sologne. Château de Chambord is 8 km by bike with only 100 m of road and then recent paths will take you directly to the foot of the Château. You can also visit the famous Beauval Zoo located 40 km away. The village center is an 8-minute walk away where you can find many shops and restaurants.

We renovated this ground floor apartment in 2023, with the aim of making it cozy and warm, to spend a pleasant time, while not forgetting the functional aspect of course. It is bright and absorbs the sun's rays for your enjoyment! The accommodation has a small shaded terrace, it is not very large but sufficient to accommodate a table and chairs for eating. Possibility to also have a barbecue😃!
