The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

Guests 25 years of age and older. No infants, children due to safety concerns. No smoking, pets, parties or unregistered allowed.

This home is 1 mile to a 24 hour gas station/mini mart and a couple of miles to a grocery store and fast food restaurants and about 5 miles to the San Antonio International airport. Walking distance to the subdivision walking path, beach style volleyball, and children's playground.
