There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and also has another entrance into the main house as well. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and mosts all rooms have TV. Covered parking for one vehicle.

Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

Easy walk to trails. 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to The 3rd largest spring fed pool in Texas. 68 degrees!! Will keep your cool in the summer! Great area for birdwatching. Day trips to Langtry, Seminole canyon, Frio river, Del Rio/cuidad acuna, Uvalde/Eagle pass/piedras negras. NEW! I now HAVE WIFI!
