Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bracklesham Bay

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

Nice house with well equipped kitchen and lovely private back garden. Very close to the beach, and a short walk to the village where there are plenty of shops and places to eat.

Great facilities for our three generation family holiday with relaxing areas and loads of toys and games for everyone Lovely walk along the coast into town with great pubs and great food including the best sandwich bar ever! Wendy was away for our stay but Glen and their son Luke were very helpful and attentive. The flat although small was immaculate, spotlessly clean and well equipped - perfect for our short stay visiting family nearby.

Me and my sons had a perfect stay. Creydi was very helpful, the apartment quiet, clean and spacious for the three of us. There are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance and well connected by bus when we didn't feel like walking. A five star recommendation from us!

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

Amazing place to stay especially with the peach nearby and lots of friendly people

Nigel's place was very clean, comfortable and as a plus, have a parking space. The hosts are very helpful and responsive.

Finn has chosen stylish furniture and decor for this very well equipped holiday home. The photos show all the rooms accurately but the balcony actually has far more comfortable furniture than the photos show., making it a super place to sit and view the coastline. Due to the bay windows , this flat has more far reaching views than other seafront properties we have stayed in. Also, Finn is an attentive host, on hand to solve any issues that may arise. We thoroughly recommend.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

The description of “harbour view / sea view” is a little misleading as the apartment isn’t high enough to offer that and instead looks over the bus/ train station and shopping centre . However , we’d worked that out from the pictures ! That said the location couldn’t be more central . It’s literally across the road to a fantastic shopping centre and the harbour . For the views of the yacht race we booked tickets for the spinnaker tower. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and I would recommend this accommodation and would love to stay there again.

Great location with the bonus of parking on site. Easy to find & quiet surroundings. A great base for exploring Bognor, easy walking distance to prom & the town.

Rockpools is a lovely comfortable downstairs apartment in a great location. It’s a building with a characterful history and we’ve now stayed here three times, which tells you something about both the accommodation and the area. Hard to beat! Thank you Katie, I’m sure we’ll be back again!
