Beach house holiday rentals in Bradenton Beach

The listing says it is just a few steps from the beach and that is true! It was so easy to go back and forth and with 4 kids and beach items that was very important. The house was beautiful and spotless. We felt right at home and we loved every second of our stay! Thanks Mark for helping us make a special family vacation!

Jeff & Ingrid were great hosts. Always responsive before and during. Although, we had zero issues with the home. It was immaculate and the views were AMAZING! It was my son’s 16th birthday, but plenty of space for us + 6 teens. No one had to share and we had ample room to spend time together.

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with my best friends. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. A major bonus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom—an absolute must for a girls’ trip! The shared living space offered beautiful views, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by every afternoon around 3:00 PM. We even left some cute floats for the next guests to enjoy while relaxing in the calm waters. I’ll definitely be bringing my family next time and hope this place is available when we return!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Rick’s place. The house and rooms were beautiful and clean. Very well decorated and had everything you could need for a great vacation with the kids and grandparents. Rick was communicative and responsive. We very much enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool side cabana and porch downstairs (the kids loved the pool and all the toys!). Thank you very much for such a great stay! We would love to return for another vacation. Everyone in our party loved it very much. Sending all our compliments :)

It’s a perfect little spot for a family we enjoyed it felt like home , it’s a perfect T combo for a beach day and pool day at the same time , we enjoyed it very much , we will definitely recommend the area it’s great

The house was in amazing condition and extremely clean and comfortable. The game room downstairs was a big hit. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub most evenings of our stay. The beach was only a couple minutes' walk from the house and so convenient. This is the best stay we have had on Anna Maria Island.

Absolutely pristine place, the house is amazing, location is perfect and loaded with everything you need. Great host as well , we would love to come back to this place.

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

Our stay was awesome! Such a great place with a perfect amount of space! Very clean! Pool was a great addition and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive! We have a GREAT stay!

Great place to stay with the family. Lots to do at the house to keep little ones, teens and adults entertained. The place is not far from the beach at all unless it is on Saturday when everyone is checking in or out of their rentals. Keep that in mind for your beach adventures. Otherwise, super close to everything!!! Nathan had everything there for you. Beach towels! Kitchen essentials! Very nice rental! Would stay there again!

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾

Our family had a great stay at Jalark’s place. He was very responsive when we had a few questions. Backyard is an oasis. That was the best part of our stay. Make sure to check out the local meat market and fire up some steaks on the Traeger!

Our host was awesome! Very responsive (within minutes) to requests or questions. Home was clean and exactly as described. All details were included, down to the beach towels, laundry detergent, and coffee filter’s. We were able to take our boat and tie up to their dock. Located near restaurants, grocery store, gas station, all within minutes. Neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. We had a great time and will return!

Beautiful house, perfect for a big family vacation trip. Close to a lot of places, Jenny and Kenny were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10 ✨

Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Will was also a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a spot that's both relaxing and close to all the action!

INCREDIBLE. This home was a mile beyond any other place we have stayed. It was exactly as described and yet exceeded every expectation. It is obvious Rosa has taken great pride to make this a 5-star stay. The real gem is the pool and hot tub. The backyard had it all and was perfect for family fun or a night time soak. Thanks for a fabulous, fun-in-the-sun week!

Jamie & Michael’s home was absolutely beautiful! So many little thoughtful items & considerations for guests. The tasteful color scheme & decor were lovely. Great furniture throughout, from living room to kitchen to family room & sunroom. The beds & bathrooms/showers/tub were a dream. Kitchen fully stocked & very organized. Bath towels plentiful & thick. Laundry room squeaky clean with iron, ironing board & even a small well stocked sewing kit (needed a seam ripper for new suit pockets & there it was!). Beach chairs/equipment, hard/soft coolers & towels were also provided. Jamie & Mike provided a warm, welcoming & very clean home as we spent a week in the area for our niece’s wedding. Couldn’t have found a better home-away-from-home! Definitely an excellent choice for a wonderful stay in the Bradenton/AMI area!

Our stay at Taylor’s place was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was amazing and had everything as listed. It’s small and cozy very fit for 2 people. We loved it!

We loved our stay at the Sandy Toes villa and hope to return some day. The location was fantastic, private and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marlanea was very responsive and helpful.
