Tiffany is a great host, very kind and attentive, and her house is wonderful. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness, decor, and comfort.

One of the most well-equipped, most tastefully decorated homes we have stayed at. Seems like it has been updated recently based on the excellent condition and modern amenities, especially the bathrooms which were spotless. Beds were comfortable and sheets/towels soft. We like to cook during our stays, and the kitchen was well-equipped with anything you might need (and some). We were drawn the patio and pool area based on the reviews, and they did not disappoint. Pool is amazing. Both it and the surrounding area was as clean as the rest of the property. Water was warm, but still cool enough to be refreshing (in June). Very comfortable place to spend time, and wish we could have stayed longer. Rich was very communicative both prior to and during the stay, and the check-in process was easily the best I have experienced. Would definitely return again!

Stayed at Turtle Cove for 5 days and 4 nights. It felt like a home away from home.

INCREDIBLE. This home was a mile beyond any other place we have stayed. It was exactly as described and yet exceeded every expectation. It is obvious Rosa has taken great pride to make this a 5-star stay. The real gem is the pool and hot tub. The backyard had it all and was perfect for family fun or a night time soak. Thanks for a fabulous, fun-in-the-sun week!

Wanted to thank you for having us in your house. My family were happy and we had a great time at the pool and beaches around. House was good organized and clean. We had a great Mother’s Day weekend. Home was clean and close to the beach. The home had everything we needed . It was clean and bed was comfortable. We were able to check in early and enjoy the pool.

Close to everything!The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our group of 12. The kids loved all the toys, games, and especially the pool with toys. The kitchen was fully stocked- even had coffee and cereal for the kids. I really, really liked all the labels on the drawers and cabinets. Also the fan and controllers were labeled. They were so helpful. The dining table seated 10. We all ate together and were able to play games. What nice memories for the family. We can’t say enough, thank you Jennifer! We highly recommend and hope to return again!

We had a great experience at Arlet’s place. It was immaculately clean and it had everything we needed to stay for a full week. She was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay on short notice. If you’re sensitive to light, just make sure you bring a sleep mask.

We had an amazing stay! We had a family of 8 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor table also has a fire pit which was perfect at night. There were lots of amenities provided. There’s plenty of beach supplies/ extra towels. The house was filled with lots of stuff we didn’t have to pack, because it was already there. The beach is super close, about 10 minutes away, which was a bonus. Ashley has been wonderful! She’s super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early. We have a great vacation! We couldn’t recommend this place more! The perfect family vacation home.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this place! The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and the decor is modern, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly as described—if not better. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the pool and backyard is perfect to relax snd enjoy. The location was also great—peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the beach and everything we needed. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything for a great stay. I would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again. One of the best experiences we've had!

Lorena’s place was very comfortable and clean. Check in and checkout were very free of hassle. Having items to cook with were a huge plus to make meals during our stay and all of the linen was clean. Would definitely book again in the future!

Lisa was so helpful! The place was beautiful and larger than it seems from the photos. We wanted to go fishing and I asked her about using a rod left by the kayaks and she brought over 4 fishing poles. It made for a great weekend. Highly recommend.

Communication was great. They responded to my questions in a timely manner. After we arrived they called to ask if we had any questions or needed anything. they had a binder out on the table with helpful information. They neighborhood was quite and allowed for fun in the pool and relaxation. We were pleased to find the the pool covering had been repaired. My kids felt comfortable and loved the location which means a lot to me! We would stay again.

Great home! Very clean and not cluttered! I felt I had everything needed in the house. Our kids had a blast at this house and want to book it again next year! The host was so responsive and answered all my annoying questions!

I am warning you…you will not want to leave this beautiful home! It’s your home away from home….literally! Everything in this house is designed for you to have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay! They even have children books for them to enjoy…and all the lighting has a remote control so you don’t have to worry about standing up to turn off the lights ;) Please take care of this beautiful home bc I want to return asap lol! Nicole designed the house so beautifully! My family and I loved it so much!

Will's place was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect - there was so much to do nearby, from the beach, great restaurants and shops. Will was also a fantastic host: responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a spot that's both relaxing and close to all the action!

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

Absolutely perfect! So many beautiful words come to mind to describe Edward and Tatyana's exquisite home. The pictures capture only a glimpse of the true experience we had. Brimming with charming details and unique touches, the house left us yearning for more time to explore. Our family of eight reveled in the joy of shared moments and laughter. The idyllic location, surrounded by serenity, provided a peaceful retreat, while the gracious hosts radiated warmth and kindness. We can not wait for our return to this beautiful home.

From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.
