This was our second time staying at Lubos pool house. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking far time to escape back. Great location near restaurants, stores and beaches. Back yard and pool are a dream and very peaceful.

What a blessing! We really loved this cute beachy nest. It was so nice how the beach, as well as, a cute little market/restaurant was within walking distance! Their communication was super fast! They came over to help me with a stove issue almost instantly! We also had a friend show up at the last minute who needed a place to stay and they were so welcoming. We will definitely be back! We LOVED our stay! It was easy to find and the neighborhood is very cozy and quiet. Perfect location to all the restaurants and a straight shot to the beach! Paulette was very helpful when it came to recommendations on food and activities! Her providing the umbrella, chairs, and cooler made the day at the beach amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. Was so clean and decorated! 10/10 recommend. We will be returning!

Great place in a great location. Fully furnished kitchen. Walk to coffee shops. Close to downtown. Laundry on premises but if you need to do laundry, bring quarters.

I had a wonderful stay at The Loft. It was peaceful, clean, and had everything I needed. The space was thoughtfully set up, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reset. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs! We were in town for a wedding. Location was within 15-30 mins of all the places we needed to be! Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and the sunset by the water!

The house was exactly what I needed size and accommodation wise and was well worth the price. In a great location and was well kept and very clean. Had a great trip.

It was beautiful and clean felt right at home was able to get settled in immediately. It was peaceful and relaxing. The bed was soft. The floor was beautifully matching the decor. The pool was amazing. They had different depths and it was heated to a really good temperature. There was a fridge and a microwave with other utensils we didn’t think we needed and it was honestly just perfect.

Room was as described, pleasant and clean ( the cleaning product used was very strong so we did have to air the room out for a short time) We loved our stay very much, the pool was definitely a bonus and we really enjoyed it. This was my first time in Tampa. The location was perfect basically 10 minute uber drive from all the attractions. Anthony was very responsive and helpful. This place is private and peaceful. I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay!

Google GPS struggled with getting us to the exact house but we were able to figure it out. The check in was easy. The location was great. Everything we wanted to go to was 5-10 min away. We were able to unplug and relax completely for our baby moon because everything was so easy to get to. We enjoyed Madeira beach, John’s pass, studio movie theaters, and restaurants nearby. The place was really cute. Small but perfect for two people. Gwen was helpful. It was a bit humid but we turned down the AC and she had a small dehumidifier we were able to use.

This was the Perfect stay for my emergency work need. The location was excellent, and the Eleanor was incredibly flexible with my situation and her communication was impeccable! I look forward to checking availability the next time I stay for the market.

Felt right at home, it was so cozy! And Chris was extremely responsive and helpful and even made my stay extra special by adding a romantic touch to the room. Slightly smaller than expected but honestly didn’t bother me at all. Would book again!

Raysa’s place has become our go-to choice for staying in Tampa. It’s thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated. The surroundings are peaceful. The washer/dryer is an added plus! Raysa is quick to respond and very helpful. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

We totally loved our stay in the Bungalow ... lots to do nearby in walking distance, near to great beaches and downtown St. Pete.

This place was wonderful. The layout was great and had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. Loren was a very attentive host and responded to my questions quickly. This is a great place to stay for a family.

Great host! Spent the weekend with my wife and 10 month old as a little getaway for my birthday/Father's Day. Would recommend highly with lots to do in this area and close to everything you need!

I am frequently in St Pete's and love staying in Kenwood. This is a great place-perfect location, of course, but also perfectly clean, very comfortable bed and linens and fully equipped kitchen. I Really Loved the decor-unfussy, but with interesting touches everywhere. Wish my house looked like this! Would stay again any time.

Great little spot for a place walkable to the beach! I booked this place for the convenience factor and because it allowed my dog!
