Get away to this beautiful, quaint two bedroom house. Recently updated property with all of the amenities needed to make your vacation a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Two king beds, updated kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with walk in shower plus seat, kitchen bar, dining table and even laundry in the basement. The Door Room is located in the heart of historic downtown Sturgeon Bay and within walking distance of all the action! It was creatively decorated with "subtle" school-themed touches that just may remind you of a dorm room (minus the ramen and bunk beds!) The Door Room is located on a quiet street in an older neighborhood. You also have your own private deck.

Best bang for your buck. The place itself is great. Plenty of boat parking and plug ins for charging. Restaurant and bar on site was good and a huge plus. Boat launch on site was also a huge plus. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The only things to note were already mentioned by others. Outside of those two small details, the place was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely be back.

Our stay at the Dockside Retreat was absolutely fantastic! The home offered a peaceful stay, with plenty of options for adults and children. We loved the quiet canal and kayaks, neighborhood family walks and cannot say enough about the pool, hot tub and fire pit areas! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out, while enjoying time together in the open floor plan of the main living spaces. Beautifully decorated and clean throughout, with many thoughtful touches. Jenny and Jeff were quick to respond with questions we had, and went above and beyond for all of our time—thank you again!!

The wife & I had a great time at Erika's over-garage apartment. It was our first visit to door county so we wanted something simple so that we could explore and get to know the pennensula. The apartment was easy to find, but you can't see it from the street so you have to look for the well marked address on the mailbox. instructions for parking & access was very easy to follow when you first arrive. I would suggest backing into the driveway so that it's safer to exit the driveway to the street. Beds were clean & comfy although one was definitely on the firm side. living room furniture was good as well, and the TV & wifi worked well (with our portable Roku). The kitchen is limited, but we were aware of that because of the clear pictures & description. the property was very private and quiet, but be aware that you are sharing the grounds with a family home, so you may hear the kids outside playing. We didn't mind at all and the kids are adorable so it was a bonus!
