Luxury Shepards Hut/ 2 DBL bed

The Brook Hut Nestled away in rural Mid Devon is our idyllic purpose-built shepherd's hut. The Hut itself was handcrafted by a local carpenter in Devon and has been with us for years up in the Highlands of Scotland, she made the trip down south in Jan 2022 and is ready to welcome visitors. ​ Fitted to a very high standard, our shepherd's hut is the perfect place to come and fully switch off and tune in with nature. The private garden and wooden hot tub make for a real sense of deep relaxation.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, West Green Lodge is a beautiful detached dwelling in the picturesque Devon countryside. An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving gourmet food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths . The Lodge is set in 0.6 acres of beautiful gardens. Early and late check-in/out may be possible.

Martinsfield Farm Cottage

We are a national trust tenant farm with sheep, cattle, veg and pet pigs. 4 miles from Exeter centre. . Broadclyst has 2 pubs and 1 Indian restaurant. A great outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please note there will be an extra charge for pets. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed 1 bedroom with 2 single beds The 3rd sleeping area is a double sofa bed in the kitchen Please read the house manual on how to operate the hot water & heating

Lamb Cottage Silverton Devon -easy reach of Exeter

Lamb Cottage is a semi-detached house near The Lamb Inn in Silverton, a pretty village about 7 miles from Exeter and 7 miles from Tiverton on the A396. A good base for anyone visiting Devon on holiday or for work. Lamb Cottage was refurbished in 2016 and has underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators on the first floor. The main room has a wood burner and there is a patio outside; there is a parking space for 1 car and there is also ample free parking in the village car park

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

The Orchards Guest Suite.

Our Guest Suite is a private annex with its own access situated in beautiful Mid Devon, where you can come and go as you please. Guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts and facilities provided within peaceful and quiet surroundings backing onto open countryside.This includes safe parking and secure bicycle storage. A continental breakfast is provided too. We have recently installed a EV charger for you to use at at a small cost, relax whilst your EV is charging.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Stunning 2 bedroom cottage in East Devon

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.

Uffculme. A beautiful self-contained flat

This cosy, spacious apartment forms part of The Old Butchers - a large property home to an arts and crafts studio. We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.
