Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Braga

Stayed here for a week with my family, including my brother and his children and my mother and father, and we absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for us to hang out as a family, enjoy the sunshine and play in the pool. We were able to use a high cars to get easily down to the coast and to local supermarkets to pick up provisions but most of the days we just spent relaxing in the house which has lots of space and lots of amenities. There was lots of space for the children to play both inside and outside, lots of places to sit and eat and the pool was excellent. The animals at the bottom of the garden were very entertaining for the children and they managed to name all of them!! I would highly recommend this space. I would happily come again. We also really enjoyed having Duarte come over and cook us a typical regional meal. Thank you for everything Jorgina. Danny, Becci and Eden

Quiet, welcoming and great space for those who like nature. The main suite with window that makes it possible to admire nature's landscape. Pool and Jacuzzi with a great temperature for any time of the year. The hosts are very friendly, always available and we want to thank you for the welcoming reception

We had a fantastic stay with 10 friends, the house was spotless, fully equipped, with comfy beds and an unbeatable location near the river. The only downside was one bedroom’s steep access through a small floor door, which wasn’t very convenient, but everything else was perfect.

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

The amazing house with its beautiful surrounding felt like a little paradise for us - the best place to relax, enjoy nature but also has great options for hiking or other activities. We can highly recommend this gem plus the owners raquel und miguel are super friendly :-)

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

I've stayed in many places around the world, but Conceição has been the best host to date, very friendly and helpful. The house is very well taken care of, and we feel totally welcome.

We really enjoyed staying in Sousas apartment. Nice and clean. Big bedroom and bathroom with a super nice shower. Everything was new and the elevator right into the apartment was a nice feature. We liked the neighbourhood with supercool restaurants close by and most sights in easy walking distance. Thank you for hosting us.

What can I say - from start to finish we had a great time at Aqua Villa Madalena. Our purpose for coming here was to attend Rally Portugal. The apartment was central to where we needed to go to see the stages of the Rally. Apart from this, the apartment was exceptional - so clean. Sonia as a host was so responsive and always available when needed ( which I hope wasn't too often for her!) Our children really enjoyed the pool, the place was so peaceful and quiet! An all-round fantastic holiday! Thank you so much Sonia and family!!! Hopefully we will visit again another time!

We were seduced by this exotic, quiet and beautiful place! From the accommodation to the outdoor facilities, everything was great! our 11 and 6 year old children also enjoyed the place. Great hospitality from the host, we already know in advance that we will be back!!

Very peaceful place in a beautiful landscape. Room is spacious and was perfectly clean and well furniture. Host was very nice and welcoming.

We had a very good stay here, the only negative point is the parking 400 m uphill.

Quiet place. Great for getting out of the city and distracting your mind. I slept very well, no noise. Whirlpool works well. Only microwave and barbecue so I took my portable electric oven to cook.

We had such a lovely stay here! The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful and the stay is even better than the photos. We played tennis, minigolf, jeu de boules and more. We also had a swim in the nice pool. The highlight is the terrace with the amazing view, the outdoor kitchen and the sweetest dogs. I can highly recommend this place, we will come back for sure!

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

This is a stunning place secluded away from anything nearby. Great for a retreat to be restful, listen to nature and admire the beautiful horses. Cheila was an incredible host, super responsive to any questions or comments and gave us some beautiful lemons from her tree. The house is really well throughout and all amenities are included. When we arrived at the property we immediately felt relaxed and at peace - the view is simply incredible ! The outside terrace is big with beautiful views and plenty of seating, a BBQ, heated lamps etc. Inside is spacious - a good kitchen, a lovely record player, lots of sofas. The location is great - you are so close to so many amazing outdoor activities - we really enjoyed exploring the rivers, mountain walks and the Lagoons ! Many thanks !

André was impeccable. Local was in line with the photographs. Super clean and orderly The hut is very well built and equipped inside. The bed is very comfortable, I have 170cm and I slept very well. The bathroom is outside as it is shown in the photos and this logo of the cabin about 20 feet away. the outside area is beautiful and had a barbecue for us to use. the best part undoubtedly the warm jacuzzi at 38c! i really like it and recommended!
