Both houses have a fully equipped kitchenette and amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a sound system and mosquito nets on the windows. Outside, there are barbecue facilities, a patio with a large table and views of the garden. The houses are part of a large Quinta with a Main House and 6 uniquely designed cottages.

It is equipped with satellite TV, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a magic wand and cooking utensils. The farmhouse has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, hot mineral water jet shower, barbecue area and outdoor dining, etc.
