Holiday rentals with a sauna in Portugal

Really a great place with very good amenities and good location in the Algarve. Jan-Taken was accessible at all times and also supported us superbly. We felt very comfortable. The complex in which the apartment is located is also very well maintained and at the beginning of May there was also not so much going on, so it was really quiet and not full. The apartment offers its own table tennis rackets and private access to the gym, which we also loved.

We were warmly welcomed by Andy, as a small welcome, chilled drinks were available. Apart from the beautiful apartment and the view, the property is also a dream. It feels like a little oasis of well-being. Also, after a week, a small intermediate cleaning was offered, which we warmly accepted. Everything in one highly recommended and we are sure to return there again

We had an incredible stay at this amazing Airbnb for nearly a month! The listing was spotless and perfectly described. The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bed, and a cozy living room. In addition, there is an indoor pool, an outside pool, and a gym space with excellent equipment. You must follow all rules associated with the amenities, understandably (white towel and proper footwear for the gym, etc). The host was always accessible, and while there were a couple of things that needed attention early in our stay, it was taken care of in a very professional and timely manner. There is a beautiful patio to relax on, but you will not get the sun there at any time throughout the day. While this may be a negative for some, for others, this is a very positive aspect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This is a great apartment in a lovely complex with incredible views. It was very clean and quiet as only a few of the other apartments were occupied during our stay. The beds were comfy and the terrace, gardens and pool were excellent and extremely well maintained. We had the pool and gym facilities to ourselves. The property manager was there to greet us and was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay, very close to the beach! Up and coming so there’s construction but for the price, it can’t be beat. One of the best restaurants in the area is only a few steps away called A lota - which has excellent seafood (clams and sea bass was a highlight), run by husband and wife so we highly recommend. Good stay overall!

Spacious apartment, pretty, in a quiet residence, by the sea, with swimming pools, sauna, gym. the apartment is well equipped, clean , with a balcony with pool and sea view! in October it's very quiet. lots of things to see around ovar and 40 min from port. to improve: mattresses that lack comfort in our opinion (the one in the master suite is very uncomfortable ) , the bedding is very clean however like the rest of the apartment! had a great time with the family Thanks

Daniel is an incredible host! We arrived very late in the evening and he was so kind to meet us at that hour to show us all the amazing features of the home. His home is gorgeous! We made great use of the gym, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, which is as an extra special highlight! City center and restaurants are a short drive away. Daniel’s restaurant recommendations were very helpful. Would absolutely stay again if we are ever in Portugal again. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Colette’s spacious apartment. It was clean, well equipment and comfortable. Alto club had fantastic facilities and grounds are well kept. Colette is a great host, very helpful and informative. 100% recommend and I would love to return in the future. Ciara.

Great location, super property, squeaky clean - provided you can enter the complex. Carlos communicated quickly but his English is difficult to follow. Wifi is excellent and the large balcony is a great place to relax.

We loved this home more than any others we have stayed at. The views are gorgeous and the area is perfect to park and get to town. Bonus there was a park right across the street!

What a pleasant surprise! Cabanas de Tavira is a lovely place . We loved the beach, specially with kids, lots of shells and very calm ocean. My girls loved the swimming pool, and the apartment is walking distance to the restaurants and shops for a night stroll. We would definitely return. One of the nights my girls wanted to watch the evening show from the hotel, a bit pricey to what it is, but apart from that everything was great!

Cristina’s place is perfect for a stay in Cascais - particularly if you have a young child as high chair, and cot kindly provided. There is a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and enclosed garden. The apartments are very secure and have great planting. Would highly recommend.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Antonio’s lovely house and the garden and views were impressive. We appreciated the interesting features in the garden with its nature feel and enjoyed the pool and sauna which we thought was a real asset for the place. The house is interesting and cared about and Antionio was an excellent and helpful host. We were glad of the car we hired to access shops, restaurants, beach and walking areas as without one would be difficult but it suited us really well as 4 adults who wanted a base from which to explore Madeira.

House was clean and beautiful, our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Peaceful street with the convenience of both cafe and restaurants close by. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend staying at Tiago’s home to anyone.

Amazing place with beautiful landscape. 10 min away from Aljezur providing peaceful time during our stay but not to far from the beach and restaurants! Elli was very helpful and always available. We hard great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carvoeiro BnB & SPA. Our very clean unit had all we needed including well-equipped kitchen and nice big bathroom with spacious shower. The grounds were very well kept as well. Hosts were super nice, attentive and proactive. Highly recommended!

The villa is absolutely stunning, we were a party of 7 adults and 2 children, so much room for us all with every couple able to have a separate bathroom which is always a plus. The villa was very clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. Sara meet us at check in and check out. She was so helpful, she gave us a guided tour of the property and answered any questions we had during the week (which was alot ha) The villa is very quiet and in a lovely residential area. It was a bit far for us to walk to the marina with the kids as it was during a heatwave with temperatures reaching 36 degrees but the Bolt taxi app was great, very cheap and quick service. A taxi to the marina was only around 3 euros. The kids loved the pool area and it was lovely and shaded from around 5pm which was ideal for us. also plenty of seating inside and out. over all we had an amazing time in the villa and would definelty return and recommend to everyone. Hugo's apartment was truly exceptional – one of the best I've ever stayed in! The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The sauna and pool were spotless and made for a truly relaxing experience. What made this stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of Hugo's parents. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for a perfect getaway with top-notch amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return in the future!

Vila Rosa is absolutely magic. It's in a beautiful and very quiet location, nestled up in the hills overlooking the sea about 40 minutes drive from Funchal. The house is huge with anything you would need for a family of four on holiday, including luxuries like private parking, ensuite bathrooms and a large pool. Kevin and his team were very accommodating from start to finish and addressed any problems and questions quickly. Our only stress with the property was getting in and out of the gates, when we were not used to the Madeiran incredibly steep hills. But again we got great advice from Kevin's team and access to the lower gate so this was quickly resolved and we were able to park with limited stress. I would not hesitate to recommend the beautiful villa as a base for anyone visiting Madeira, you won't regret it.
