The hostess takes great care of the property and provides everything the guest needs. Super clean and fragrant apartment with a paradisiacal view and lots of silence and peace. Excellent TV, many channels. Everything is perfect. Unmissable. I want to go back soon. This property has achieved excellence and perfection. The best in Extrema.

The stay was very pleasant and better than I expected. Ander is a great host. Super concerned and attentive. In addition to an excellent person to meet and chat. As for the apartment, everything is neat and cozy. And then there's Sofia, who is the little queen of the house, super cute and gentle. Hosts are sweet! The one who welcomed us was Felix, very responsive and polite! The apartment is simple but very comfortable, clean and organized. To finalize and indicate, Félix is a taxi driver and also offered us pickup and drop-off service from Guarulhos airport, with every care and professionalism. I highly recommend it! Edit: On the return of our trip, we booked again with them, because we really had an unparalleled service! Both in the accommodation and in the transfer of the service offered by Félix!

Wonderful apartment, all clean, complete kitchen for those who want to save.. Near the main square, close to the Christ, close to the Balneário. With internet available. I went with wife and two children and we were in love, if possible we will be back again for sure.

The accommodation served us very well. We went as 2 couples and were very comfortable, finding all the utensils we needed. Odacyr is a sweetheart. We were also able to use the parking space, which was an adventure in itself.

Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, impeccably clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go to work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience! We'll be back more often!

Apartment with a great location, everything new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are very soft, but I know it is not possible to please everyone. I no longer recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decoration. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll definitely be back.

One of the apartments I liked the most, too bad it was for a short time, but I intend to return, it had complimentary water and coffee, the coffee saved us early in the morning, clean and organized environment, and Carol attended promptly, I highly recommend it.
