There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love to nature and is set on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago that mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood oven, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 4 Bikes (Everything is included in the rental).

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Paddle a sea kayak (included) to Bullerö, row to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna in your own wood-fired sauna 5 meters from the sea and jump in from your own jetty, it is a nature experience at its best. In winter, you skate on the ice to the accommodation and swim in the water.
