As an agricultural cultural heritage, we have our 2nd apartment below ready. We have taken over the style from the previous owner and continued it. We call it "pretty rustic." There is one bedroom with a bed (180 × 200). A children's room with a bunk bed (top 90 × 200 bottom 140 × 200 and 2 sofa beds. A shower that was built to be suitable for the disabled (140 x 120) A sink was built 10 cm lower, e.g. for children. On request, the top and bottom can also be booked together.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the swimming pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

Unique and stylish bright apartment in loft style on a horse farm. The guest suite has 80 sqm with an open plan living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with high ceilings, a large bathroom with windows and a terrace. The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

Oldenburg, Bremen, Bremerhaven and the coast can be reached quickly.

Welcome to my home. What makes the location of this apartment so special is that it is very quiet here and you can simply enjoy every day. In front of the door there is only a 30 km/h road and behind it there is a forest. There is also a moor here that is a nature reserve and the Stotler bathing lake is not far away. Shut down, switch off, be happy.
