New independent apartment on the ground floor located in a modern house, well located in a quiet setting with exceptional sea views. Quiberville is located on the Alabaster Coast between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses. Very nice place on the coast where you will find many hiking trails, you can practice sports, kitesurfing, windsurfing, in summer the nautical club is open with boat rentals. In this seaside resort, we find all kinds of shops.

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Within a large orchard garden with fruit trees, is a lovely and cosy typical normandy house set 15mins from the seaside. The living room has a large fireplace and the big garden is ideal for bbq. Old world charm and all mod cons, a peaceful retreat. 5 mins drive from a busing village with all the commodities. Rented weekly only (Saturday to Saturday during high season) (mid June to end of August)

The accommodation benefits from a privileged location, in Normandy, Bourville, country of the actor. Close to the sea 7 km from Veules-les-Roses. Étretat, Fécamp, Dieppe. Well-equipped with all amenities, pets are allowed. Wi-Fi connection, beds are made and towels and kitchen provided Charcoal barbecue prohibited on the lawn.
